Personally I don’t rate matches with star ratings, but I know many of you do, and I’m interested to see which matches you consider worthy of five stars…
I can’t imagine there would be many, but maybe I’m wrong, so please feel free to post them here. I’ll do a list myself at some stage.
Thanks.

I have a lot of matches that I consider favorites (e.g. Rock vs Austin, Wrestlemania XIX), but that doesn't mean I'd ever consider rating them at *****. With that being said, I'll leave the matches with which I've rated at five stars as they come to me.
01)Shawn Michaels vs Undertaker, HIAC - IYH 18, Bad Blood 02)Randy Savage vs Ultimate Warrior - Wrestlemania VII*
I'll add more as they come to me...
*purely down to personal preference and bias. I'm aware that a match involving the Warrior could never amount to 5 stars, but meh, I've justified it on many an occasion and would not be adverse to doing so once again, should anybody have a problem with it.
Consider also, that I know jack shit about puro (Sorry, Nath).

Well, there's only a few that I can think of, but these are two that stand out to me, only because one is fairly recent and the other is a classic.
Ricky Steamboat VS Randy Savage-Wrestlemania III
Ken Doane VS Brent Albright VS CM Punk-OVW TV December 2006

Misawa/Kobashi vs Kawada/Taue - AJPW 1/6/93 Misawa/Kobashi vs Kawada/Taue - AJPW 21/5/94 Mitsuharu Misawa vs Toshiaki Kawada - AJPW 3/6/94 Mitsuharu Misawa vs Kenta Kobashi - AJPW 20/1/97
Possibly the only two WWE matches I'd consider giving ***** although I'm still not sure whether to are: Bret Hart vs Owen Hart - Wrestlemania 10 Shawn Michaels vs Undertaker - Hell in a cell - IYH18: Badd Blood
Possibly one or two more with further watching.

Andy, you gave those matches 5*? I gave Jericho/Shawn ****1/2, and Bulldog/Hart ****1/2 as well. Yeah, I thought those matches were excellent, and I think they are 5* matches, in my opinion.

Davey/Hart would have been so much better if not for the botched spots and if there was some more and less mat wrestling involved at certain times.
But hey, it's your opinion.

I've only just started to rate matches, literally in the past few weeks, so there will be notable omissions and frequent changes, I should imagine. I've also not perfected my criteria, so bear with me.
Tiger Mask I vs The Dynamite Kid - NJPW 4/23/81 Tiger Mask I vs The Dynamite Kid - NJPW 7/23/82 Tiger Mask I vs The Dynamite Kid - NJPW 8/5/82 Tiger Mask I vs The Dynamite Kid - NJPW 4/23/83 Wild Pegasus vs. The Great Sasuke - NJPW 04/16/94 Dean Malenko & Joe Malenko vs The Dynamite Kid & Davey Boy Smith - TBC Mitsuharu Misawa & Kenta Kobashi vs Toshiaki Kawada & Akira Taue - AJPW 1/6/93 Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Jumbo Tsuruta - AJPW 06/08/90 Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Toshiaki Kawada - AJPW 06/03/94 Mitsuharu Misawa vs Kenta Kobashi - AJPW 20/1/97 Eddie Guerrero & Art Barr vs. El Hijo del Santo & Octagon - AAA 11/06/94 Samoa Joe vs CM Punk - ROH 10/16/04 Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker - WWF 10/5/97 Bret Hart vs "Stone Cold" Steve Austin - WWF 3/23/97 Triple H vs Shawn Michaels vs Chris Benoit - WWE 4/3/2004

Ah fuck, forgot about Tiger Mask/Dynamite Kid. There are many that I forgot.
Makenkos/Bulldogs was an excellent, excellent match. One of my favorites.
Give me awhile and I'll also make a list.

I don't know whether it actually did deserve five stars, but it's probably my top tag match featuring entirely Western workers.

I'm just getting into Japan, do you have that coming up in your media site?

It's easy to get them confused at that point, because Misawa used to be one athletic fucker. You wouldn't think it watching his matches today.
It's a shame this Kobashi/Misawa vs The Bulldogs match cuts out half way through, because it was definitely building to something mark-out (and possibly ****1/2+) worthy.
Yes, fucking excellent it is. That line-up always produced the goods.

I'm just getting into Japan, do you have that coming up in your media site? I'm going to start very, very soon. Maybe in 30/45 minutes. Hour tops. His matches today are actually pretty good. Definitely not like he was in the 90's, but not bad. Urg, I was pissed it wasn't the whole match. It was really good, too.
