Theres one thing Savage should stay away from: Commentary. He sounds Tragic and Brutal on commentary.

If you include Savage, I'll set Goldberg on you... And that's NOT an empty threat. I initially wasn't thinking Savage, but now I'm definately adding him, as I want to see you follow hrough with this "threat." Plus Savage was a heat magnet, capable of garnering it as both, I repeat both, face and heel.

Savage was a great worker in his day. Too bad his rap career isn't going too well

TNA Bound For Glory 2005
What a fucking shambles this event was.
First the challenger for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship has a heart attack forcing TNA to have to rebook the event, introducing a 10-Man Gaunlet to determine the #1 Contender... The eventual winner; Rhino.
What a mouth watering propsect that was; Jeff Jarrett vs. Rhino.
Of course, it was crap, perhaps because Rhino had already competed in the gauntlet AND a Monsters Ball match with Sabu, Jeff Hardy and Abyss, which was neither great or crap, just somewhere in-between.
The lengths TNA will go to to avoid actually giving wrestling to the fans, despite claiming to do just that. If it ain't spot-fests, it's tables, tacks, and all manner of ECW like bullshit.
A.J Styles and Christopher Daniels compete in an "Iron Man" match. Hmm, I thought they were supposed to be an hour long? After the match Styles cries, presumably to make it look like 30 minutes is an exceptional length of time to wrestle. Suck it up, son, Satoshi Kojima competed in a thirty minute match and a sixty minute match in the space of four days in 2005, both of which were better than you and Daniels.
He'd be fucked in a real Iron Man match if he breaks down after half that time. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent match. Probably the highlight of the night and probably worth a look.
Jushin Liger vs. Samoa Joe was crap. Some people could argue that another ten minutes would've made for a classic. Perhaps, but only if the seven minutes we had were replaced with seven minutes of something half-decent. Even for seven minutes it was nothing.
Joe had the gayest entrance I've seen in years. I'm glad my brother didn't see it, he rips the piss out of wrestling as it is.
Matt Bentley, Petey Williams and Chris Sabin compete in an Ultimate X match. The "X" falls down, twice. I know these things happen, but I couldn't help laughing, shaking my head and thinking "poor old TNA, couldn't pull off an orgy in a whorehouse".
The rest of the card was neither here nor there.
TNA's answer to Wrestlemania. Wrestlemania 21 was poor and TNA couldn't even beat that.

What a fucking state of a PPV that was. It was after reading the review in Power Slam that I stopped buying that pisstake of a publication: it called the show the most consistent card they'd seen in ages. Yeah, consistently inconsistent, filled with nonsensical bullshit, fuck ups and stupid gimmicks. The ratings bear me out: America does not want to watch a group of 180lbs guys jumping for a red X. And could they have jobbed Liger out any quicker? Presumably, that Monsters Brawl catastrophe was considered more important.
I may have imagined this, but didn't they also decide to end the Ultimate X match after the second time the X fell down, because Wiliams caught it?

Watched Impact last night...nothing too special I think....TNA really needs more than an hour, actually more like 40 minutes than that given commercials, to help improve the show.

That's right. He caught the X and they left it like that.
Funnily enough, it was actually one of the few times in the match where something happened without being accompanied by the usual dramatics. I half-expected Williams to do a backflip before standing on his head and catching the X with his toe. As it was, he just stood there, which was about the most logical thing he did all match.
Simon Inoki was in the audience and he looked less than impressed. You know things are bad when Inoki, a man who's made more than his fair share of bad booking decisions, is not satisfied with what he's watching.
Perhaps the worst part of all was the TNA fanfest, where I saw at least a dozen people I'd like to kill.
"TNA is real wrestling!"
"TNA is giving the fans want they want!"
"TNA is the greatest promotion in the world!"

Incredible. Williams deserves more credit than I give him.
Just imagine sliding a blade slowly into the back of the TNA fans' necks. You'll feel better.

KENTA & Marufuji vs Juventud Guerrera & Ricky Marvin - NOAH 2003
Do you know how fucking awesome this tag match is. It's one of the most entertaining tag team matches I've ever ever seen.
This is great entertainment. Amazing spots, high flying action, great mixture of wrestling styles and it lasts 30 minutes. What more could you want.

Raven Vs Chris Benoit Vs DDP - WCW Uncensored 1998
Good match from three of WCW's finest. Nice spots. Good hardcore action. I loved the Diamond Cutter from DDP to Raven through the Table.

Edge vs. Mick Foley, Hardcore Match
Awesome, awesome match. Very vicious and bloody battle, and easily the match of the night. This match included barbed wire, thumbtacks, cookie sheet, a table, and LIGHTER FLUID! The ending was amazing, and I marked out when they went through the flaming table. My favorite match of the night, and a match of the year candidate.
Rating: ****1/2

The Rock Vs HHH - Judgment Day 2000Arguablyly the best Iron Man Match ever. Not even the interference at the end hurt this match. HHH wins at 6-5. Rating: *****

That was a 30 Minute Ironman Match, so that doesn't really count.

That was a 30 Minute Ironman Match, so that doesn't really count. I'm not a big fan of 30 minute Iron Man matches anyway. I prefer 60 minutes just because it shows both wrestlers are tough enough to go an hour.
