"Daughters of the Queen" by Pantera hits in the arena as Raven makes her way to the ring, wearing a sexy Christmas outfit. Bruce Buffer: Ladies and gentleman, please welcome the first ever CCW women's champion, Raven! Raven hops over the top rope into the ring and then bounces on the middle rope. Then she goes to the side of the ring and grabs a mic as the music fades out.Raven: Well, Merry Christmas CCW! I know. it's a little early, but that's okay. Just let Santa's implausibly sexy little elf here hand out a few gifts. First lets introduce my helpers. Suddenly, a guitar screams out across the stadium as the crowd immediate change their mood to loud cheers and sings along to the lyrics.“RE! SPECT! WALK! What do you say? RE! SPECT! WALK! Are you talking to me? Are you talking to me!?!” Ryan and Kris come out and make their way down the ramp, wearing Santa outfits and carrying sacks. They enter the ring and pose for the fans.Raven: How about some gifts for our fans here? Ryan and Kris pull t-shirts out of their sacks and toss them into the crowd. Suddenly Ryan stops and mations to the others. The come over and look in the sack.Raven: Right, I forgot. We got some gifts for the Lords and Crissy too. Ryan takes the mic and reaches into the sack.Kage: Well what do you get for the brothers who have nothing? He pulls out a label maker.Kage: We decided on this since we, and I'm sure all of you, have trouble telling Danny and David apart. That should also help Crissy to remember which one of the brothers she's banging this week. Kris reaches into his sack.Kain: Now lets see. What's this? He pulls out a Playboy with Raven's picture on it.Raven: Well that was supposed to be a surprise, but Hef and I talked and well... The crowd cheers.Raven: Available on news stands next month people. Get 'em whil they're hot. There's a huge "Raven, Raven" chant as Ryan looks for more goodies. He finds in his sack a bottle of tequila and suspiously shaped "massager". Kage: So this is for Crissy, right? Raven: Actually that's mine. To obliterate the memory of Danny Lord saying I "did it" for him. She shudders in disgust as the crowd laughs.Kain: Well we only got one thing left. From their sacks Ryan and Kris pull out replicas of the CCW Tag Team titles.Kain: Now these is for us, as a reminder. Because one day soon, the real versions will find their way back around our waists. When we have the Tag Ttiles back and Ravens has the Women's title, we will be unstoppable. And that is the Khaos Effect. Kain drops the mic as "Walk" plays again and Khaos make their way to the back.-------------------------------------- The Onslaught video package plays across the screen, interlacing past matches and profiles of some of the major players of Onslaught while "Best of You" youtube.com/watch?v=Pd_p1A7WVNs plays. When the package has run its course, pyro shoots up and the camera pans across the audience packed into the Dunkin' Doughnuts Center in bitterly cold Providence, RI as they cheer loudly. It eventually cuts to the hosts of the show.
Mathews: We are only nine days away from what will prove to be a monumental pay per view.
Malenko: The path of the Immortals starts with a Resurrection, Josh. I can't wait.
Mathews: We've already got one title on the line with Sophia Simpson defending her Women's Championship against Crissy Lord, but tonight we'll decide the number one contender for the World Heavyweight title.
Malenko: Two heavy hitters are going to face off in that ring in JD Wheeler and Adam Matthews and while there's no love between either, it's going to be interesting to see who grabs the ball and runs with it.
Mathews: We also have a Rumble qualifying match between Full Metal Jack and Da Boss.
Malenko: We've got so much talent in the Rumble, I think that's going to outshine everything else on the card.
Mathews: But our biggest match of the night, our World Heavyweight Champion J-Man puts his title on the line against a man who has been making waves in the past months since premiering, Jerome Novaho.
Malenko: Novaho is a definite future star of Onslaught, of that there's no doubt. Wow, Josh, just imagine - at Resurrection, we have so many possibilities in the World title match. Is it going to be J-Man vs. JD Wheeler? Jerome Novaho vs. Adam Matthews? Jerome vs. JD? I'm getting dizzy just thinking about it!
Mathews: The only way to find out will be to tune in!

The camera fades to see Dean Stewart earlier today, waiting in the car park for someone, J-Man walks into shot from behind him.
J-Man: "What are you doing Dean?"
Dean jumps with fright.
Dean: "Oh there you are J-Man, I was waiting on you to come into the building."
J-Man: "Dean, I've been in the building since 12pm today"
Dean: "Oh, so I guess me waiting out here for you for 3 hours kinda seems a little silly"
J-Man: "Try a little north of silly Dean, somewhere around idiotic, retarded, dumb...."
Dean: "OK, I get it!"
J-Man: "Whoa there Dean, whats with the hostility?"
Dean: "I'm sick of everyone in here treating me as if I have an IQ to the level Fantomas"
J-Man: "You know what Dean, your right"
Dean: "I am?"
J-Man: "Yeah, you shouldn't be typecast to the level of Fantomas, he's clearly more intelligent than you"
Dean nods along, not realising what J-Man just said, J-Man slaps Dean on the back.
J-Man: "Atta boy Dean take it on the chin, I've got to head off and take care of a few things before the show, talk to you later."
J-Man walks away and heads towards his Nissan Skyline and drives away, the camera zooms back to Dean, who seems happy that J-Man agreed with him, he snaps back to reality.
Dean: "Hey, that's not a complement! DAMMIT!"
------------------------------------------
We join Dallas Justice in their locker room. Currently, JD Wheeler and Full Metal Jack are talking among themselves.
JD: Jack we need to talk about your match tonight.
FMJ: There's nothing to talk about JD. I've got this. No problem.
JD: Are you sure?
FMJ: Yeah. That spot in the 20 man battle royale...
JD: (Interrupting) 30 man
FMJ: 30 man battle royale is as good as mine. Not only that, I guarantee you that on December 30th...
JD: (Interrupting) 31st
FMJ: 31st at Insurrection
JD: (Interrupting) Resurrection
FMJ: Resurrection, my hand will be the one raised at the end of the night. Then it can be you and me for the title at Night of the Immorals.
JD: Immortals.
FMJ: Immortals.
JD: (Sighs) Alright then. Go stomp all over the Boss.
FMJ: Bruce Springsteen?
JD: No...I mean "Da" Boss....the guy who.....you know what? Just go out there and win.
FMJ: You got it.
Jack heads out the door with determination in his eyes. JD rubs the temples of his head for a few moments. He then eyes Danny and heads over to sit down next to him.
JD: Danny I need to talk to you.
Danny: Oh so now you want to talk?
JD: Just shut up and listen.
Danny: Fine. What is it?
JD: Well you seem to be the smart in this group. I need your opinion on something. I need to know something about Jack.
Danny: You don't think he's gonna win this match tonight?
JD: Oh no. I think he's gonna win with no problem. But you see, that means he's gonna be in this battle royale. And I must say I'm a little concerned for his safety considering that's a match where you need your head in the game. So my question is: Is Jack capable of.......uhhh.......well.......anything?
Danny: Oh sure.
JD: (Shocked) Really?
Danny: Oh yeah. You can prepare him for this match, no problem.
JD: But this is the same guy who answers the door when the phone rings.
Danny: True. But the ability to learn is still there.
Danny holds his hands about 6 inches apart.
Danny: You see JD, Jack's brain....
Danny takes a second glance at his hands. After a few moments of thought, he brings them in until they're about 3 inches apart. Satisfied, he continues.
Danny: Jack's brain is a beacon for knowledge. And it truly can hold anything taught to it. You just got work within his limits. I've found that with Jack, you need to feed the information slowly to him so he has time to understand.
JD: So what do I have to do?
Danny: Well my suggestion is simple. First, make sure his mind is completely empty.
JD: Well I think we know that's already done.
Danny: Good point. Then just start giving whatever information you have for him slowly. Just one at a time. Keep doing this until his mind gets full.
JD: Wait a minute. FULL?
Danny: Oh yeah. Believe it or not, it is possible for Jack's brain to get full.
JD: Wow......now that's something.
Danny: I agree. That will be something that will only happen once in a lifetime, but it can happen.
JD: Well it looks like I've got some work to do. Thanks Danny.
Danny: No problem. Speaking of that, can we talk about my problem now?
JD: No time. I'm gonna need all the minutes and hours and days I can get to teach Jack.
JD gets up to start planning...whatever the hell he has planned.

Bruce Buffer: “The following contest is scheduled for 1 (one) fall . . . & it is a Qualifying match for the Resurrection Rumble!
Introducing first . . ."
Slim Thug’s “Like A Boss" begins pounding over the series of loudspeakers to an instantaneous chorus of boos . . . signaling the arrival of one of CCW’s most notorious rule breakers, in Da Boss.
The “King Of Da Dirty South" strolls arrogantly through the entrance opening with a surly glare on his face, & stops at the head of the ramp . . . using his right arm to pound away at his chest, before immediately throwing his arms up to begin shadow boxing.
Buffer: “From Birmingham, Alabama . . . weighing in at two hundred & eighty four (284) pounds . . . Da BOSS!?"
Boss throws his arms in the air at the mention of his name, & it draws an even louder, more negative reaction than before . . . superceding his eventual journey down the aisle, & toward the ringside area, as he further prepares himself for competition. He uses the nearby steel stairs to make his way up to the apron, & then steps inside the ring through the gap of the top & middle ropes . . . once again tossing his arms in the air to further his heat, before backing himself into the crook of the bottom left hand corner. The official pats him down for any hidden, foreign objects &, upon finding none, returns to his stance near the middle of the ring . . . leaving Da Boss to continue his shadow boxing ways, before his music eventually fades out.
This leaves the heel wrestler, along with the official, & the ring announcer, to stand amidst a restless whisper of anxiousness . . . watching on as the lights along the Onslaught set begins flashing a dark green. This immediately causes the fans to begin sounding off, as Metallica’s “I Disappear" starts playing over the sound system.
Buffer: “And his opponent . . ."
Dallas Justice member Full Metal Jack wastes no time in appearing from behind the entrance curtain, & walks out onto the stage before stopping at the head of the ramp. He looks around the arena with an intense look in his eyes before spreading his arms out, & letting out a primal scream from deep in his throat . . . continuing to pose as a burst of pyro shoots into the air from behind him, & further pumps up the crowd.
Buffer: “From Dallas, Texas, & weighing in at two hundred & ninety one (291) pounds . . . representing “Dallas Justice?. . . Full Metal JACK!"
Jack storms down the entrance ramp with teeth clenched, & hops up onto the apron in one fluent motion . . . entering the squared circle (ala Brock Lesnar), & immediately going nose-to-nose with his adversary as the ring announcer gets out of harms way. The referee tries to pull both men apart as they begin jawing with each other, but it’s to no avail . . . giving Da Boss the perfect opportunity to start things off with a right-armed cheap shot to Jack’s jawbone.
“OOH!"
Jack staggers backwards, as a result, & the official has no choice but to reluctantly signal for the bell. The match is now officially underway . . .
DING! DING! DING!
Jack tries to regain his composure as his back touches the nearby (left/west side) set of ropes, but Da Boss is there to follow through with a hard right foot to the abdomen . . . followed by a powerful forearm shot in-between the shoulder blades, before pushing Jack forward by his left arm with an attempted Irish-whip. Jack reverses in mid-motion, however, & instead stands his ground as Da Boss comes rebounding off the opposite side . . . lunging forward with his right arm outstretched for a clothesline, which Da Boss is able to duck before continuing back toward the left. Jack immediately takes off toward the right as Da Boss escapes the predicament, & rebounds with a flying shoulder block . . . catching the thug whilst running, & knocking both bodies down to the canvas with thunderous impact.
“OOH!"
Jack immediately shoots back to his feet, & catches the grounded Boss with a hard stomp to the right ribcage . . . followed by a second, & then an elbow drop to the spine as Boss attempts to push to his hands & knees. Jack then shifts his weight toward the left, & performs a grounded switch into a Front Facelock . . . using the position to begin giving Boss multiple head butts to the base of his neck, before locking in a 3/4 nelson, & rotating Boss over onto his back for an attempted pinfall:
ONE . . .
TWO . . .
“AW!"
Da Boss kicks out at the last possible moment, & Jack looks on from his knees . . . catching Da Boss as they simultaneously rise to their feet, & attempting to hoist him up onto his right shoulder for a Stampede Powerslam. Da Boss slips through, however, & lands behind Jack . . . using the opportunity to lock in a Full Nelson, lift Jack into the air at an angle, & dump him down on his neck & shoulders with a powerful slam!
“AW!"
Jack hits hard, & rolls over onto his right side . . . allowing the heel wrestler to follow up with several well-placed boots to Jack’s spine & kidneys, before dropping down against his left ribcage with a sharp elbow drop. He then turns Jack over onto his back, & rubs his forearm down against the fan favorites face with a rather cocky cover:
ONE . . .
TWO . . .
“NO!"
Jack kicks out emphatically, & rolls back over onto his right side. Da Boss thinks about going for another pin, but instead opts to scoop Jack off the canvas with him as he rises back to a vertical base . . . doubling the Dallas Justice member over with a knee lift, & then an uppercut forearm to the face, before pushing him toward the nearby (northeast) corner with an Irish-whip. Jack hits hard, & slumps against the crook of the corner as Da Boss gives a sign to watch what comes next . . . bending down into a 3-point stance, before charging forward for an attempted turnbuckle clothesline . . .
SMACK!
“AW!"
Just as he is about to hit, however, Jack steps forward . . . slamming both of his fists down against Da Boss?chest with a mighty Polish Hammer, & dropping down to his own knees from the force behind the blow! He immediately crawls over toward Boss’s prone form, & lays across his chest for what could be the deciding pinfall:
ONE . . .
TWO . . .
“AW!"
Da Boss just barely manages to place his right foot on the bottom rope (of the east side set), & the official has no choice but to stop the count . . . instructing Jack to continue the fight, which he does as he pulls Da Boss back up to a lackadaisical base. He shoves Boss?head down in-between his legs for what appears to be a Powerbomb . . . however, he doesn’t have enough strength to lift him as of yet. Da Boss merely drops down to his knees, & twists his body so that he can place his right hand between Jack’s legs . . . using his leg strength to then push upward, & counter the move with one of his own. He walks around in a small circle, before planting Jack head first with a thunderous Death Valley Driver!
“AW!"
Boss remains in a sitting position for a couple of seconds, in order to regain his breath, before rolling over onto Jack’s stomach . . . hooking the near left leg for extra leverage, as the official dives down to make the count:
ONE . . .
TWO . . .
“NO!"
Da Boss is absolutely livid as he pops back to his feet, & immediately gets in the officials grill . . . arguing over the speed of the count, which serves as the perfect distraction for “The Enigma?Chris 6yxx to enter the fray from within the crowd. Jack slowly but surely climbs to his feet, & turns around after a plethora of jeers from his fans . . . walking directly into a 6yxxteen Candles, which drops him like a sack of potatoes immediately upon impact!
“AW!"
Then, with his work finished, 6yxx slides back to the outside before the official can put 2 & 2 together . . . slapping his hands against the mat repeatedly, & calling for Da Boss to make the opportunistic pinfall. He eventually does so, & even goes so far as to hook both legs . . . counting along with the official as he slides down into position, & begins slapping his hand against the mat:
ONE . . .
TWO . . .
“NO!"
Jack kicks out to a rousing ovation, as Da Boss pushes forward into a sitting position . . . slapping himself against the face in disbelief, as he can’t figure out what to do to put Jack away. He climbs back to a vertical base, & drags Jack up with him . . . scooping the 291-pound Texan up onto his right shoulder, & charging toward the northwest corner with a devastating Snake Eyes into the top turnbuckle pad!
“AW!"
Jack hits hard, & staggers back as Da Boss takes off toward the right side set of ropes with a self Irish-whip . . . rebounding with a full head of steam, as he looks to take Jack down with a spear . . .
SMACK!
“AW!"
Just as he’s about to hit the move, though, Jack lunges forward to hit him in the face with a HUGE big boot . . . catching himself against the top rope in order to regain his breath, as Chris 6yxx hops up onto the apron to argue with the official. As this is happening, though, Joshua James decides to make his presence known . . . sliding into the ring underneath the bottom rope, forcing Da Boss back to his feet, & planting him right back down with a huge Olympic Slam!
“AW!"
Boss hits hard, & remains sprawled out in the middle of the ring . . . allowing James to slide back out, undetected, before immediately going after Chris 6yxx! He tackles him off of the apron, & the begin fighting along the floor . . . allowing Jack to climb back to his feet, & slap the bottom of his right arm, as he then implores Boss to get back up.
After a few moments, Boss is able to do just that . . . foolishly turning around, & walking directly into a POWERFUL “Full Metal Strike"
“AW!"
Boss goes down in yet another heap, & Jack is there to take full advantage . . . lying down against Boss?chest, & counting along with the crowd as the official slaps the mat for 3:
ONE . . .
TWO . . .
THREE!
DING! DING! DING!
Buffer: “Here is your winner . . . Full Metal JACK!"
Jack shoots back to his feet, & allows the official to raise his hand in a sign of victory . . . posing for the fans, & letting out his trademark primal scream as his music begins blaring over the sound system. After a few seconds, he drops down to his back, & rolls out of the ring through the gap underneath the bottom rope . . . ending up on his feet along the floor, where he meets up with Joshua James.
James grabs him by the left arm, & throws it into the air to yet another pop . . . posing with Jack the entire way up the ramp, as Chris 6yxx is understandably beside himself at ringside. The last thing those people at home see are Jack & James posing at the top of the stage, before the camera fades to black for a necessary commercial break . . .

Elena Rosario is in the back with CCW Women's Champion, "Princess" Sophia Simpson.
Elena: Right now I'm here with the Women's Champ, Sophia Simpson. Sophia I would like to know your feeling on your run so far as champion?.
Sophia: Well I've had some hard challenges Elena. As you know Onslaught's womens division is probably the toughest in the world. Every time I step in the ring I know there's a chance that I might not walk out with my pretty gold. But you and all my fans can be damn sure that I will never give up this baby without a fight.
Sophia looks down at her belt in her hands and smiles. Elena gets set for another question.
Elena: Who would you say is your biggest threat right now?.
Sophia: I could never narrow it down to just one person Elena. You have women that built this division like Amy Wheeler and Raven. Then you have women who want to prove themselves like Rayne and Crissy. I have to keep an eye on all of them.
Elena: Thanks you for your time Sophia. I've been.....
Sophia interrupts Elena and asks for the microphone.
Sophia: I would just like to send a message to Onslaught's General Manager, Steve Austin. My good friend Joshua James was a great North American Champion. The fact that he hasn't got a rematch is a joke. Austin you should listen to me and listen to the fans. Joshua James deserves a rematch.
Elena and Sophia then exchange gossip as the interview ends.
-----------------------------------------------
The scene opens as the Onslaught General Manager sits at his desk, looking through a copy of Hunting/Fishing Monthly while enjoying a beer. He downs it quickly and pulls a small cooler onto the table, opens it and grabs another can. When there's a knock at the door, he lets loose a loud burp.
Austin "Whaddaya want? I'm busy!"
The door opens and all three Lords walk into the office. After seeing them, he shuts the cooler and hides it behind his desk, wary of their intentions.
David "We need to talk."
Austin "We do?"
Crissy "You've got a lot of explaining to do!"
Austin "Do I?"
Danny "Can I have a beer?"
David and Crissy look at Danny as though to say he's not helping and like a hurt puppy, he averts his eyes to the floor.
David "Why, Austin, why?"
Austin "Listen, you sumbitch! You better spill it or I'm gonna shove this can so far up your ass, you'll be spitting beer for months!"
David "How could you do it? How could you bring back those no talent hippies?"
Austin "You mean Khaos?"
Danny "He means Khaos."
Crissy "Not only that, but pit Khaos tonight against two men who are obviously above their ilk? Have you no shame?"
Austin "You got a problem with my booking, little girl?"
David "Austin, she's not dissing you. We just want to know why us? Why does the LOF have to face nobodys like Khaos?"
Austin "I'd hardly call them nobodys."
Danny "We deserve to face Team Punishment!"
Crissy "Can't you see, Austin? The Lord brothers have transcended all the rest. They are the most dominant tag team on Onslaught!"
David "After all, who beat the New Breed a month ago?"
Danny "We did."
David "Who beat Khaos in Osaka?"
Crissy "They did."
Austin "Who got beat last week by one man?"
David's smile turns quickly into a grimace.
David "Last week.....was a fluke. Shawn got one past us. He won't again. But that's neither here nor there."
Crissy "These boys deserve the number one contendership!"
Austin thinks for a moment.
Austin "You make a good point. You do deserve the number one contendership. How about this? Tonight, it's Khaos vs. LOF and the winner is number one contender against Team Punishment!"
The audience who weren't as interested before now spark to life and cheer, chanting "Khaos" out in the arena.
David "What do we think? We think that's a terrible idea!"
Crissy "Putrid!"
David "Disgusting!"
Crissy "Awful!"
Danny "Splung!"
All three look at Danny like he's lost his mind, but he just smiles.
Danny "It's from Monty....heh. You say it when.....nevermind."
David "Listen, Austin. It's almost Christmas. Why don't you be like jolly old St. Nick and just give us the contendership?"
Austin "Give? hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!"
Crissy "Have you no joyous spirit?"
Austin "Say I were to give you this, what would I get in return?"
They all look at each other trying to figure what will sway Austin's decision.
Crissy "You get....."
David "You get the assurance of new title holders whenever we face Team Punishment."
Crissy "And you can rest safe in the knowledge that you've truly given the fans what they want."
The audience boos in response to this while Austin ponders their words.
Austin "Huh. I think the fans have spoken. I'd suggest getting ready for your match tonight. Now, if you'll excuse yourself, there's the door."
Austin motions behind them. David's sour face is obvious while he makes fists, but Austin remains adamant.
David "This isn't over, Austin! And once we've shown the biggest mistake Khaos made was returning by wiping the floor with them tonight, we're coming back and making our contendership official."
Crissy "Count on it!"
Austin "Yeah, well, Merry Christmas to you too."
David and Crissy twist around and exit, leaving Danny alone with Austin. Austin looks at the lone Lord member like he's barely tolerating the further intrudence.
Danny "So.....about that beer....."
Austin "Get!"
Austin makes a motion at Danny like he's about to slap him and the younger Lord beats a hasty retreat out of his office.

DING, DING, DING
Buffer “The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is the number one contendership for the CCW Global Tag Team Titles!”
A familiar guitar begins to play as the crowd bursts into cheers of adulation as they sing along to lyrics they haven’t heard in quite some time.
“RE! SPECT! WALK! What do you say?”
Buffer “Making their way to the ring, being accompanied by Raven Kage, from Chicago, IL, please welcome Ryan Kage and Kris Kain, Khaos!”
All three wrestlers walk down the ramp, slapping hands along the way as fans welcome them back after a long absence. Hopping up onto the apron, Ryan and Kris hold the ropes open for Raven and when she finishes climbing in, they mount three of the four turnbuckles and motion out to the crowd that they’re returning because those people demanded it.
Mathews “It’s been over three months since we’ve seen Khaos in action and I have to say it’s fitting that their return match is against the team they last faced back in Osaka at the beginning of September.”
Malenko “Definitely, Josh. You’ll remember that Khaos has a bone to pick with the Lord Brothers because they tried to split them apart around that time.”
Mathews “Fortunately, we’ve been told that Khaos has been able to work out their differences and now they’re back stronger than ever.”
Khaos and Raven hop down as the brother and sister embrace and plan their strategy for the match. It’s interrupted when “Lord of This World” begins to play over the airwaves and the audience goes from total excitement to absolute hatred in short order.
Buffer “And their opponents, being accompanied to the ring by Crissy Lord, from Flatbush, NY, please welcome David and Danny Lord, the Lords Brothers!”
All three members of the group come walking down, ignoring the crowd and their heckling, and finally climb into the ring. Crissy motions at Raven with a slice of her finger across her neck. Danny stares down Ryan and Kris, almost refusing to admit they’ve come back while David talks to him about who’s starting the match. When both sides have decided the referee has the bell rung.
DING, DING, DING
Danny and Kris circle around each other with Kris uncharacteristically throwing insults to a man who has played party to some underhanded schemes in past interactions between both teams. Danny takes it silently, trying to keep his mind on getting through the match intact because he knows he has a lot to answer for and this isn’t going to be a simple bout. They lock up, arm in arm and Kris uses his power and weight advantage to force Danny back to the ropes. He pushes an arm against the side of Danny’s face, holding him pinned for a second before grabbing his hand and giving him an Irish whip into the opposite ropes. Following not far behind Danny, when his opponent returns from the whip, Kris sends a foot into Danny’s abdomen. He quickly applies a front facelock and pulls back into a snap suplex. Kris twists around, but instead of going for an early pin, he begins to slap Danny hard across the face a few times.
Mathews “Kris is paying Danny back for months of anguish. It’ll be interesting to see how Kris and Ryan interact in their return match.”
Kris pulls Danny and takes him over to the Khaos corner.
Malenko “It looks like we’re about to find out!”
Kris tags in Ryan and they set to work on Danny with punches. Kris whips him again and they look to be setting up double team maneuver when Danny lassos his arm around the ropes, stopping his momentum. He quickly moves to his corner tagging in David.
David gets in yelling at Ryan that he has no fear, that they beat them once and they’ll do it again. They circle around each other when suddenly David twists around and races into Kris with forearms flying, knocking him to the outside mat. He smiles, drawing the ire of the audience as they boo his actions. David doesn’t have time to turn around when he’s attacked by Ryan with a body avalanche-type move. Ryan pulls him back into the center of the ring and sends him into a side Russian leg sweep. He goes then to check on his teammate and breathes a sigh of relief when he sees Kris getting up angry. Kris hops up and tries to get into the ring, but the referee is quick to squash that. Ryan tries to calm him by motioning with his hands. Ryan turns around, catching a rising David, but receives a rack of the face while the referee’s attention is still on Kris.
David takes Ryan’s arm and twisting around so that they’re back to back and drops down into an arm trap neckbreaker. He starts to put Ryan in a Fujiwara armbar, but Kris stops that by interceding with a boot to the side of David’s head. David slowly gets up and checking his head for any blood, looks over at Kris and mouths a few profanities his way. He sends a knee drop to Ryan’s head and then tags in Danny. They pick up Ryan and take him to their corner, flipping him over and locking his legs into the turnbuckle with a tree of woe. David gets out while Danny walks towards Kris’ corner. He makes a smarmy comment before sending his boot into the face Ryan with a baseball slide. Again Kris tries to get in, drawing the attention of the referee. David drops down and grabs one of Ryan’s arms while Crissy grabs the other. They pull hard as the crowd begins to chant “They are inbred” meaning the Lords and then clap.
Kris finally relents, but when the referee turns around, Crissy and David wisely let go. The referee races over yelling to release Ryan and Danny backs away. Unfortunately, he backs right into the waiting hands of Kris. Kris wraps his arms around Danny’s waist and gives him a German suplex. Crissy turns around just as Raven dives off the security wall and gives the number one Women’s contender a diving huracanrana. David, seeing both, has to decide who to rescue and quickly makes his decision. Sliding into the ring, he quickly races to a rising Kris and with a clothesline, sends them both over the ropes to the outside of the ring.
Mathews “All four men AND both women are on the ground! What a match so far!”
Freed from the turnbuckle, Ryan uses the same ropes that bound him now as leverage for standing. Surveying the situation, he figures correctly that a slowly rising Danny is the legal man and attacks him with a running knee to the side of the face. Dropping down, he goes for a cover.
One.....
Two.
Danny kicks out at two even and the crowd voices their disappointment. Ryan stands while bending his legs back and forth to get the blood flowing and winces from the pain. He pulls Danny up into a fireman’s carry, but when Danny comes alive, Ryan finds his legs are still recuperating as his opponent slips out of his grasp. Danny sends him into an Irish whip and when Ryan returns, he ducks a clothesline from the younger Lord. Ryan bounces on the opposite ropes and runs to make an arm lariat, but Danny turns to the side and instead gives Ryan a drop toe hold, landing on the bottom rope. Danny pulls the referee away from the action, giving David enough time to grab a chair and swing it into Ryan’s face.
WHAM!
“OH!”
David turns around and gets speared by a somewhat recuperated Kris. In the ring, Danny lets go of the referee and pulls Ryan into the center of the ring and covers him.
One.....
Two.....
Ryan gets an arm up at two and a half while his partner gets into the ring and attacks Danny with boots to the skull. The referee tries to push Kris back to the Khaos corner, but Kris won’t have it. He gets warned by a five count and in response, he pulls Ryan over to their corner, gets out and slaps his partner’s hand as the crowd bursts into excited screams of delight. On the other side of the ring, Raven grabs Crissy and starts to whip into the steel steps, but Crissy reverses it and sends the former Champion into the steps instead. She holds Raven’s chin in her hand but when she sees Kris on the hunt, slides and runs at him. In response, Kris grabs her and spins her around into a spinning side slam.
When she rolls out of the ring, Kris turns and continues to pound on Danny with more boots to the head, as though in a trance of hatred for this man that has been a thorn in his side for so long. He pulls Danny up and takes him to a vacant corner and sends his head into the buckle a few times. Pushing Danny up onto the turnbuckle, Kris climbs up as well. Once on the second rope, he turns around while cupping his hands in Danny’s armpits. Lifting Danny up off the turnbuckle, Kris rises to the top rope but almost immediately falls forward while pushing Danny towards the middle of the ring when he lasts hard.
THUD!!!
“OH!”
Mathews “Good lord, a Crucifix Powerbomb from the top rope and this match has to be close to ending!”
Kris crawls over to Danny and covers him.
One.....
Two.....
Miraculously, Danny somehow kicks out at two and a half and while most of the audience boos, they can’t help but admire his resilience. Kris slowly gets up, pulling Danny on spaghetti legs with him. Standing side by side, Kris wraps his arms around the Lord Brother while entwining their legs and falls backward into a reverse STO.
Malenko “The Novakain! It’s over!”
Kris covers Danny for the count.
One.....
Two.....
The crowd is on their feet, cheering for Kris, but suddenly stop when Danny gets his arm at the very last second.
Mathews “My god! Where is Danny pulling this energy from?!? He has to be on his last leg!”
Kris can’t believe it and covers Danny again, but he gets his arm up at two even. Kris gets up and notices David standing at the Lord corner, stamping his foot with arm extended, willing his brother to rise and make the tag. Kris sends some sarcastic words David’s way about wanting into the match. He pulls Danny up and motions that he’s going to lead him back to his corner. He takes a few steps in the Lord’s direction, but then lifts Danny up and brings him down with a sidewalk slam. He goes for another cover. In an odd twist of fate, a small portion of the crowd begins chanting something unexpected.
“DANNY! DANNY! DANNY!”
Mathews “Are these fans on crack? Why are they cheering for Danny?”
Malenko “They recognize his knack for staying in the match when he could just as easily give up. It’s a matter of respect, despite everything that’s happened.”
One.....
Two.....
Danny kicks out at two and a half and Kris, by now, is fuming. He pulls Danny towards the Khaos corner and tags in Ryan. Ryan hops up onto the turnbuckle and dives down with a top rope leg drop and then goes for a cover. All the while, the chanting for the Lord begins to build momentum.
One.....
Two.
Danny gets a shoulder up at two even and both members of Khaos wonder what they’re going to have to do to get this win. Ryan tags Kris back in and they lift the limp Danny onto their shoulders and drop him down with a K-Mark. Kris goes for a pin, but David can’t stand it anymore and comes running in. He dives feet first into a low dropkick to Kris’ head as Ryan gets back in as things degenerate. Ryan pulls David up but David brushes Ryan’s hands off him. David puts him in an inverted facelock and then drops down, driving his knee into the neck and back of Ryan with a neckbreaker. David goes to his brother and begins to pull him up while helping him over to their corner while ignoring the referee’s warnings.
David sets him in their corner and turns around just in time to see Kris coming at them. In a sudden burst of energy, Danny pushes David out of the way and takes the brunt of Kris’ spear. Kris takes Danny and places his head between Kris’ legs while hooking his arms and then goes into a piledriver variation. He goes for the cover.
One.....
Two.....
The audience is on the edge of their seats with anticipation. The referee has the bell rung when his hand comes down for the final time.
Three.
DING, DING, DING
Buffer “The winners and number one contenders, Ryan Kage and Kris Kain, Khaos!”
Mathews “Kris picks up the win for Khaos with his Kain Krusher, wait, where’s he going?”
Kris slides out of the ring, grabs a chair and gets back in before the referee can hold up his arm in victory. Before he lifts the piece of metal, Kris looks out at the audience and smiles, looking for approval. While the majority cheers him on, small pockets of the audience begins to boo his actions, although he doesn’t acknowledge them.
Mathews “No, Kris, don’t do this! You’ve already won, don’t ruin it!”
Malenko “The Lords have to pay, Josh. Pure and simple.”
Mathews “But not like this!”
He brings it down onto a prone Danny Lord.
WHACK!
He raises it again and gives Danny another shot and then another.
WHACK!
WHACK!
WHACK!
Ryan pulls him aside, almost disgusted but certainly shocked by his partner’s actions. He looks into Kris’ face for some trace of emotion, but the only thing there is a vacant smile. Kris quickly changes his mood when Raven gets into the ring, holding the back of her head in obvious pain and joins the duo. He takes her free hand and grabbing Ryan’s hand, holds them up, in celebration.
Mathews “I can’t say I approve of Kris’ actions, but Ryan seems to have him under wraps now.”
Malenko “The ends justify the means, Josh. And with that, Khaos is going to face Team Punishment at Resurrection.”

As Onslaught comes back from commercial we see Dean Stewart standing next to Jerome Novaho. Jerome is looking very focused as he limbers up for his championship match.
Dean Stewart: Ladies and gentlemen I am joined at this time by the man who will challenge J-Man for the CCW Global Heavyweight Championship tonight. He is "The Neutron Star" Jerome Novaho.
The crowd let out a cheer from the arena as the camera turns to face Jerome.
Jerome Novaho: DS, tonight is the night that I make history for myself and my family. Tonight I go out there with a chance to win the biggest prize in our industry. I get to fight for the CCW Global Heavyweight Championship. It's a prize that has been my goal throughout my entire career in professional wrestling. And as you can probably all imagine tonight is the biggest night in "The Neutron Star's" career.
Dean Stewart: And what are your thoughts on your opponent tonight?
Jerome Novaho: Just exactly what I said last week. J-Man is the guy I have looked up to since I joined Onlsaught all those months ago. He is man who has shown me what CCW is about. Hell when I was going through a rough spot here, J0Man was the guy who told me to keep my head held high and brave through it. So my thoughts on my opponent? Simple, out of the ring he is my friend however tonight when that bell rings it all changes. He is my obsticle to glory.
Dean Stewart: Now moving away from tonights title match, what is the situation between yourself and your frien.....
Jerome puts his hand over Dean's mouth to stop him.
Jerome Novaho: Don't say it. I thought after I had screwed up back in RMW that it was over and now the "friendship" was stronger that ever before. I was wrong. Downing and I are no more than opponents now. Nothing more, nothing less.
Jerome quickly glances at the camera and then leaves.
Dean Stewart: Well some strong words there from tonights challenger and now back to ringside.
---------------------------------
Mathews: Ladies and gentlemen, we are nine days away from a Rumble of magnificent proportions! 30 men are going to enter that squared circle, but only one is going home with the prize.
Malenko: Number one contendership at Night of the Immortals II, Josh. It could be anybody!
Mathews: Let's take a look at who we know for sure. Last week, Shawn Greene proved himself worthy of entry when he won a handicapped match against the Lord Brothers.
Malenko: That was a brutal match, Josh. We also found out that the Midnight Riders would be going to Resurrection.
Mathews: It didn't end there, though. All four members of the Revolution came out and pretty much announced their inclusion into the match.
Malenko: We just saw Full Metal Jack make his way into the running tonight.
Mathews: And we've got some exciting news. We're about to reveal two more entries into the Rumble at Resurrection!"
Malenko: Oh, I can't wait!
Mathews: Here we are......oh no! These two men have been at each other's throats since appearing in Onslaught and it looks like the Rumble will be seeing their violence as well....
Malenko: Who is it?! Who is it?!
Mathews: The two latest additions to the Rumble are....
MAD DOG SULLIVAN and JIMMIE BONES!
Malenko: Josh, this is great! If they don't murder each other, there's going to be at least 28 other men that may fall victim to them. I can't wait!
Mathews: Things are definitely shaping up!
-------------------------------------------------
The camera opens on a shot of the men of Dallas Justice in the their locker room sitting down and watching TV. JD Wheeler looks around the locker room for a few moments before addressing his friends.
JD: Hey guys, you know what the one good thing about Amy and Sophia recovering from their injuries is? Well, I mean, besides the obvious fact that they're not here.
The others shake their heads.
JD: It gives a chance for us guys to do get to know each other. Do a little male bonding.
Danny: Yeah right.
JD: No, I'm serious. We now have the chance to really talk with each other.
Danny: Really?
JD: Yeah.
JD turns his attention back to the TV.
Danny: Well in that case, I do have something I need help with. I'm at some serious crossroads in my life, and I could really use......
JD: (Interrupting) Danny would you shut up! Family Guy is on. Anything you need to learn about in life, you can learn from Peter, Brian, Stewie, and the Evil Monkey. (Clenching his teeth) Oh, and their crippled, cop neighbor as well I suppose.
Danny looks at the TV with disgust.
Danny: God, I hate this show.
Full Metal Jack looks at Danny.
FMJ: How could you not like this show?
Danny: Well what am I looking at? What is it? It's just a bunch of random scenes featuring a complete idiot and a talking dog and baby. (Looks at Jack.) I can see why someone like you would like it.
FMJ: Of course. It's brilliant satire.
Danny: You should be the last person to use the word 'brilliant'.
A knock is heard at the door. JD looks at the door and then back at the TV. Reluctantly, JD gets up to open door. Before him stands Dean Stewart and a microphone.
JD: Dean, this better be good. I'm missing quality TV here.
Stewart: You seem to be in a better mood.
JD: Why wouldn't I be Dean? Finally, things are starting to go my way again. Not only will I soon get my rightful shot at the Global title, but to receive said title shot, I have to mutilate and decimate one Adam Matthews. The man responsible for my current downfall. You know, I've figured out that this is how the gods work. Suffering before the reward. It's quite an amazing thing. I must commend the suits at CCW headquarters and our GM Stone Cold. (Laughs to himself) And to think, I thought they were plotting to keep me out of the battle royale when all along they were granting me a title shot for the event.
Steve: (Off camera) Don't forget about Amy and Sophia.
JD looks over in Steve's direction.
JD: Oh yeah. Thanks buddy. (Turns back to Dean) And I will also get revenge for my dear sister and girlfriend. I don't know what made Matthews think he had the right to even lay a hand on either of them, much less attack them with a fuckin' weapon. What kind of a man needs a weapon to attack a woman? Oh wait, I forgot. Dear little Adam is still trying grow hair on his nutsack. So what happened really shouldn't have been a surprise.
Nevertheless, I plan to finish this once and for all tonight and destroy his career for good. I'll go on to Resurrection to take on whoever the fuck is the champion by then, while little Adam Matthews returns to his last job: Delivering newspapers to the locals on his bicycle with a playing card hitting the spokes. So wouldn't you be in a better mood too Dean?
Stewart: I see your point.
JD: Anything else?
Stewart: No, that's all I needed. Thank you for your time.
Stewart goes to leave until the TV catches his eye.
Stewart: Hey, is that Family Guy?
FMJ: Yes.
Stewart heads over towards the TV.
Stewart: Oh man, I love this show! That Peter has to be the greatest cartoon character in existence.
Jack smiles and looks at Danny.
FMJ: See Danny? Smart people get this show.
Danny sighs and shakes his head.
Camera fades to black.

We return to CCw Onslaught backstage with "The Enigma" Chris 6yxx with his American Heavyweight Championship draped over his shoulder
Crowd greets him with a chorus of boos
6yxx: Yes it's real! "The Enigma" has returned after a week's absence and I must say it is much needed. Without Chris 6yxx and The Revolution, Onslaught simply wouldn't exist. Yet that sorry General Manager of ours Steve Austin wants to neglect my god given talent and not book me in a match and let me defend the most prestigious title in CCW!
Boos
6yxx: You see ever since I became Amercan champion everybody has been wanting a shot at my title. People like Shawn Greene...but you know what...FUCK SHAWN GREENE
Boos
6yxx: Lets see...you got "The Neutron Star" Jerome Novaho who by the way is going to embarass himself in the ring tonight chasing the hopeless dream of becoming a champion in CCW as opposed to the horrible and subpar RMW. FUCK JEROME NOVAHO
Crowd becomes displeased
6yxx: Then you got the dispicable and weak former champion named Joshua James!
Pop from crowd
6yxx: As far as I see it, Joshua James doesnt deserve another shot at MY title let alone any other title on Onslaught! He should do everybody a favor and just retire or get traded because he has accomplished nothing on this show except have a forgetable run as American champion...FUCK JOSHUA JAMES
6yxx: And Sophia Simpson, dont think I dont have my eye on you...sooner or later and when the storm clears.."The Enigma" will remain supreme...BELIEVE THAT!
-----------------------------------------------
The camera fades in to backstage where J-Man is standing by in wrestling gear with the Global Heavyweight Title over his shoulder, the camera pans out more to show he is standing next to a recovered Elena Rosario.
Elena: "I'm here with the current Global Heavyweight Champion, J-Man."
J-Man: "Hi Elena, good to see your feeling better"
Elena: "Thanks, tonight you are in action for your title, what made you put the title on the line?"
J-Man: "You see Elena, I love competition, I don't care in what form it comes, sure I may lose from time to time, but competing means a hell of alot more to me than winning, cast your mind back to CCW's beginnings, I challenged Nathan Versus to a match, one of my most challenging matches I've had in all of my career and I lost... twice."
The crowd have a mixed reaction, as Nathan nowadays is a favourite of theirs.
J-Man: "When I came back after the injury, I could have continued to persue Versus but instead I moved on, I saw that Nathan was the better man at the time and had his own business to take care of, so I focused on Onslaught and looked for more competition which I found against the likes of Marcus Knight, Revolution and many other opponents and eventually won myself this" (Points at the Title)
Elena: "Why did you decide to put the title on the line, so close to a Pay Per View?"
J-Man: "The way I look at it Elena, everyday I spend as a CCW Global Heavyweight Champion is one more day that other guys who deserve it, go without it and if I just went weeks upon weeks without putting the title on the line, how would that proove I'm more worthy of this then any of those others? Answer is... it wouldn't, I'm not afraid of losing this title, there will be day someday where someone in that lockeroom will come and better me in a match and take the title off me, theres no denying that, but until that day I plan on taking on anyone that I think is worthy of a shot and at this time Jerome Novaho is more than worthy"
Elena: "What are your thoughts on Jerome?"
J-Man: "Jerome? He's one hell of nice guy, a good friend backstage and I can't possibly have any more respect for the guy, but in the ring, he's a force that is yet to be really tested, a few have felt his natural ability in the ring but Marcus Knight was the first to feel the full effects of Novaho's brutality.
That match is a prime example, why I will have to work harder than ever to retain my title, when Jerome walks through the curtain, he's turns into someone totally different, a man possessed almost and that is the reason why one day, most likely he will be holding this title and not me."
Elena: "What do you think of Matt Downing and if he involves himself in the match?"
J-Man: "I haven't seen much of Matt before, except for a few matches in the development territory, but he looks impressive and could be a force to watch for in the near future.
But..... if he gets involved in tonights match, neither I or Jerome Novaho will stand for it and we will both be watching for him out there."
Elena: "And finally, what do you think about the match at Resurrection if you manage to beat Novaho?"
J-Man: "Well, JD Wheeler is someone I've always wanted to face and I really hope someday I'll be able to, so I'm looking forward to seeing who will win and analyse what I need to do, to keep my title run going, as for the special referee, as long as he calls the match right down the middle, thats all I care about"
Elena: "Thank you very much J-Man"
J-Man: "Pleasure was all mine."
J-Man taps Elena on the ass as he leaves to switch, Elena gives him a seductive look before looking back to the camera.
Elena: "Back to you at ringside"
The camera pulls back to see a shadowing figure watching all of the this down the corridor from Elena, the figure lets out a small satisfied exhale and walks away as the camera fades out.

The crowd are calming down after the last brutal match, when they are back on their feet again with Bruce Buffer in the ring.
Bruce: "Ladies and Gentleman, our main event of the evening is scheduled for a one fall and it is for the CCW Global Heavyweight Championship!!"
"Crawl through knives" by In Flames booms out of the speakers and echoes around the arena, it is then accompanied by Novaho's titantron, as the Neutron Star makes his presence known to the fans, he comes out sporting his usual hoodie he slowly makes his way to the top of the ramp and stands there waiting to be announced.
Bruce Buffer: "Introducing first, from Orlando, Florida, weighing in at 240 pounds, he is the neutron star..... Jerome Novaho!!"
Jerome then does his Booker-esque entrance with flames shooting up behind him, he then walks down towards the ring and tags a few fans at ringside on the way down, when he reaches the bottom of the rope and hops up onto the apron and climbs into the ring, he removes the hoodie and stands up on the turnbuckle to face the fans.
Josh Mathews: "Ladies and Gentleman, earlier tonight Jerome stated that J-Man is an obstacle that he must overcome. Can he do it in front of all these fans in Providence?"
Malenko: "It will be an interesting match Josh, I feel however that J-Man has the little more experience and should easily come away with the victory."
Josh Mathews: "Well he's already beaten J-Man once, why not again?"
Malenko: "Good point"
"Crawl through knives" fades out in favour of another CCW theme by the Prodigy, "Spitfire" flares up and J-Man slowly walks out dressed in his usual black and blue ensemble, with the Global Title strapped around his waist, he waits at the top of the ramp like his challenger did awaiting his name to be called.
Bruce: "And his opponent, now residing in Toronto, Canada, weighing in at 248 pounds, he is the Global Heavyweight Champion..... J-Man!!"
J-Man spreads his arms out to his sides as pyro shoots up behind him, he points out to the crowd and gradually brings his arms to the centre to point toward the ring, he then shoots towards the ring, he takes off the belt on the way down and leaves it in his hand as he slides along the mat under the ropes, he jumps up and heads to the same turnbuckle that Novaho went to and climbs up to face the fans, he holds his arms out wide and shows the belt to the crowd to which they pop loudly for.
Mathews: "He defeated The Wh_ (Static interferance), in a cage match to retain his title after beating him at Brutal Encounter, now J-Man says he is taking on all comers, starting tonight with Jerome Novaho."
Malenko: "He's a credible champion, no doubt, but he is still living in the shadow of many other CCW stars, but he is definitely putting his name on the map"
"Spitfire" fades out and the bell is rung to start the match, both men take off the upper garments and J-Man takes his belt over to the referee, he takes one good look at the belt before offering Novaho to take a look, Novaho puts his hand on the belt for a moment, when satisfied he steps back towards the corner while J-Man gives the belt over to the ref who holds it up for the corwd before handing it to a referee, J-Man and Novaho shake hands before the contest begins and start to circle each other in the ring but before they get the chance to tie up. Papa Roach's "Last Resort" hits which sparks an instant disliking from the crowd.
Mathews: "Oh, what the hell is he coming out here for? He has no business being near this title match"
Malenko: "I don't know Josh, but it doesn't look friendly, look what he's holding"
A cocky Matt Downing makes his way out onto the stage with a steel chair in hand, he puts his free hand up to say he isn't doing anything, instead he opens up the chair on the stage and sits down on it, J-Man and Novaho look at each other and back to Downing who ushers them to continue the match, they grudgingly do so, they circle the ring once again, glancing up the ramp every few seconds before tying up, centre of the ring.
Novaho with the height advantage of 5 inches, gets the upper hand and pushes J-Man back to the corner, once trapped in there, Novaho goes down and hits some shoulder thrusts he goes for one too many however as J-Man uses the ropes to lift his feet up to Novaho's face, Novaho steps back a few paces as J-Man comes at him with some right hands, Novaho tries to block one and take a shot of his own but J-Man blocks The Neutron Star's shot and just keeps going, Novaho is forced back to the ropes, where J-Man whips him across the ring, on the return, J-Man looks for a Lou Thesz Press, but Novaho manages to hold the ropes and pull himself to the safety as J-Man hits nothing but canvas.
Nova is quick on the attack with some stomps and raises J-Man back to his feet, he uses a few elbow shots and a headbutt to try and keep control of the match, he lifts J-Man up for a T-Bone Suplex and J-Man lands hard on the mat, Novaho covers.
1....
No! J-Man kicks out of the early pinning attempt, he tries to get back to feet before Novaho but the Neutron Star is swiftly continuing his attack, with a Lariat knocking J-Man back to the mat, Novaho grabs J-Man's arm and pulls back for an armlock, he keeps it held tight, trying to wear down J-Man's arm, the champion reaches over with his free arm to try and get to the ropes, but he is inches away, Novaho loosens his grip on J-Man's arm a bit to to try and get more leverage when he pulls back, but the small bit of slack that he gives is enough for J-Man to reach the ropes and break the hold, Novaho lets go and gets back to his feet again.
J-Man uses the ropes to pull himself to the corner with his good arm, Novaho now sees an opportunity in the weakening of J-Man's arm, he reaches down to the champion and places the bad arm on J-Man's chest and proceeds to stomp on J-Man's arm, after many shots, Nova pulls J-Man out from the corner about 3 feet away from the turnbuckle, Nova climbs the turnbuckle and launches himself off looking for a Harlem Hangover, J-Man manages to only just roll out of the way, causing Novaho to collide with the mat.
Meanwhile Matt Downing has been watching the match from afar paying attention to everything his adversary is doing, back in the ring both men are starting to get back to their feet, Novaho goes for a shot to the temple but J-Man blocks it and lays a chop on Nova's chest, Novaho then goes for a Low Kick but J-Man catches his foot and uses it for a Takedown, while still holding Novaho's legs, J-Man turns and gets Nova's other leg, the crowd pop in anticipation as J-Man's "J-Manifestation" begins to form, Novaho kicks and worms around looking for a way out, he manages to get back onto his back again and kick J-Man away from his legs.
Mathews: "Man, that was close, Novaho fought and fought and escaped the danger"
Malenko: "Just shows that the end of the match can come at any time, but Novaho definitely saw that one coming"
Novaho goes to get up again and go for J-Man but the champion is already launching into another attack in the form of a Snap Suplex, Novaho again goes to get up but J-Man is one step ahead and catches Novaho in an Emerald Fusion, instead of covering J-Man calls for a "J-Man Judgement" by kicking the turnbuckle slightly, Novaho slowly begins to make it to his feet, J-Man stalks him from behind, when Novaho turns around J-Man goes for the move but Novaho ducks it, and reverses the move into a "Nova Effect", Novaho springs into a cover.
Mathews: "NOVA EFFECT, NOVA EFFECT, we could be seeing a new champion here!"
1....
2....
NO!! J-Man's foot reaches the nearby rope, but further analysis shows that Matt Downing has moved from the spot at the top of the stage to ringside, the replay shows J-Man's foot reaching for the ropes at 1 but Downing grabs J-Man's foot as it is about to get to the ropes, to ensure it lands on the rope, Downing then ducks out of the way to make sure he isn't spotted. But its too late, the ref may not have seen him but Novaho certainly did, Jerome walks over towards Downing while still in the ring, Matt retreats up the ramp with a huge grin on his face, Jerome just looks at Downing and signals a cut throat to him, Matt nods and laughs as he can see what Novaho can't, J-Man stalking him from behind, Novaho turns right into a "J-Man Judgement", J-Man quickly covers
1....
2....
3!!!
DING, DING, DING
Bruce: "Here is your winner and STILL CCW Global Heavyweight Champion..... J-Man!!"
J-Man jumps up and collects his title he then looks up the ramp to see Downing clapping, J-Man is confused until he sees a replay on the titantron of Matt helping J-Man's foot to the ropes, J-Man starts to look angry and climbs out of the ring on the ramp side, he slowly approaches Downing who is backpedaling up the ramp, he then turns to run, J-Man goes to follow but the sound of glass shattering stops him, Stonecold Steve Austin comes out and walks into the path of J-Man, his music quickly fades off as the GM takes a microphone out from behind his back.
Stonecold: "Where in the hell, you think your going? What?"
J-Man tries to explain to Stonecold without the use of a microphone.
Stonecold: "What?"
J-Man continues to try and talk to him.
Stonecold: "What? I can't hear you, so I guess you don't have a reason for chasing after anyone on my Onslaught, do ya?"
J-Man gives up trying to talk sense into the GM
Stonecold: "Seems to me, that you still need an opponent for Resurrection, so allow me to reveal that you special referee will now be your number 1 contender and good oul Stonecold will now be your referee"
J-Man manages to get a microphone.
J-Man: "So who is it? who's the next carcass I have to beat so badly, they are going to be humiliated?"
Stonecold: "Well lets just say that this guy is no stranger to you and is really looking forward to punishing you!!"
J-Man ponders this as Stonecold focuses on Novaho in the ring.
Stonecold: "Hey, Novaho... up here"
Jerome looks up towards his GM and listens
Stonecold: "Seeing as how you obviously aren't ready for the big leagues yet, come Resurrection you will be part of an American Title Number 1 Contender Triple Threat Match, whoever wins gets a shot at Night of the Immortals against Chris 6yxx, this match has.... you against T-Rex and Full Metal Jack!"
Jerome seems to have a mixed reaction to that news, Stonecold turns back to J-Man.
Stonecold: "When its all said and done J-Man, I wish you good luck at Resurrection"
Stonecold outstretches his hand for a shake, at first J-Man is weary of it, but then he plucks up the courage and shakes his GM's hand.
Mathews: "Now that's better, it's good to see a guest referee that will call things right down the middle"
Malenko: "I'm not so sure about that"
Suddenly Stonecold snaps into action and delivers a Stunner to J-Man on the ramp, J-Man falls down backward on the cold steel and rolls backwards, Jerome quickly runs to his aid but Stonecold is waiting with another Stunner which knocks The Neutron Star off his feet, a cloaked figure appears beside Austin.
Stonecold: "You stupid son of a bitch, how did you not see this coming, I introduce to you your new Number 1 contender!"
The figure decloaks to a shock from all the crowd
Mathews: "It's..... It's..... Marcus Knight!!!"
The crowd instantly boo the former Global Champion as he laughs at J-Man's predicament, Stonecold holds up Marcus Knight's hand and lets go, Marcus then picks up J-Man's belt and holds it up for all the crowd to see.
Mathews: "That snake, this is a disgrace! That's all we have time for, we are only 1 week away from Resurrection and the Battle Royale, 2 huge matches have been announced and we learned of some of the people who will be taking part, we'll see you next week, Goodnight everybody"
The camera fades out with Marcus Knight taunting J-Man with the title belt saying he will take it at Resurrection.
Fade to Black

*OOC* A little late but it's finished and I thought it might be worth posting. ________________________________________________________________________
The camera pans around the arena, as the crowd cheer and shout, anxiously waiting for the match they all wanted to see.
Matthews: Welcome back folks, and this match set to happen next is one of the most highly anticipated matches in CCW history!
Malenko: Thats right! It's time JD Wheeler got put down a peg or two!
Matthews: On the contrary, Adam Matthews deserves to get mamed several times in the next hour or so.
Buffer: This match is scheduled for one fall, and is a street fight!, therefore there will be no rules, falls count anywhere and no holds are barred!
The crowd sound the appreciation, as 'So Fresh, So Clean' hits the sound system and the crowd start to boo.Adam Matthews promptly makes his appearance at the top of the stage, as he signals to the 'charismatics' that still remain in the crowd and rushes down to the ring. He poses, as gold pyro shoots upwards behind him and the crowd boo. Matthews shrugs his shoulders at their contempt and starts to loosen his muscles inside the ring.
Buffer: Introducing first, from Detroit, Michigan, weighing in at 223 pounds, 'Captain Charisma' Adam Matthews!
Matthews throws his arms up into the air, as the few cheers that could be heard previously are soon drowned out by the resounding boo from most of the people in attendance. Moments later, 'Bodies' by Drowning Pool catches on the PA, and the fans jump to their feet, as JD Wheeler appears from behind the curtain wheeling a trolley full of assorted weapons down to the ring. He stops at the bottom of the rampway, as he pulls out a toy from the trolley; a steel chair. The fans chant 'Wheeler, Wheeler, Wheeler' as he signals to the crowd what he's going to do to Matthews.
Buffer: And from Dallas, Texas, weighing in at 198 pounds, JD Wheeler!
Wheeler raises his hands into the air sloowly, as the fans now chant 'CC-DUB, CC-DUB!', as the bell rings.
DING DING DING!
The fans start to cheer wildly, as Wheeler rushes into the ring immediately and starts to swing the chair in all directions trying to take out Matthews with it. Matthews dodges one strike, as he comes off the ropes and hits a dropkick to JD's leg, as Wheeler drops the chair onto the floor as he falls fowards onto the mat. Matthews goes straight to work hitting stomps on the back and head of JD, as he picks Wheeler up by the head and locks him into a headlock. Matthews applies pressure to the head, before hitting a headlock takedown and switching the move to a front facelock.Wheeler squirms in the move, grabbing a hold of Matthews' arm and jolting it upwards and appying pressure, as Adam is pushed out of the hold by Wheeler's armbar. JD pulls on Matthews' arm until both of them are back onto a vertical base, as Matthews quickly reverses the lock into his own hammerlock as JD now reaches backwards for a reprieve. JD looks for a way out, while his arm is torqued upwards, as he reaches downwards and pulls Matthews' right leg from under him. JD quickly finds himself stepping back behind the grounded Matthews and locking in a rear chinlock. Matthews quickly overpowers the lighter Wheeler, who immediately counteracts by whipping Matthews into the corner. Matthews breathes heavily in the corner as he looks to catch his breath, but is given no time to recover, as JD grabs hold of his chest, and jumps upwards with his knee's pressing into Adam's upper body, as Matthews is sent whirling up and over onto his back in a monkey flip.
Matthews: Great impact move there by JD!
Malenko: Indeed, Wheeler working to his strengths of high impact and high risk moves here to counteract his opponent.
JD quickly jumps atop of the turnbuckle, as he anxiously waits for Matthews to make it to his feet. Matthews stumbles around for a moment as he staggers up and standing, turns around and is not quick enough to dodge the missile dropkick that hits him square in the temple from JD Wheeler, as Matthews recoils and slides backwards a few feet before coming to a stop at the other side of the ring, flat on his back. The crowd go wild, as JD feels the adrenilene pumping inside of him as he signals to the crowd that it's about to get nasty. He slides underneath the ropes as he approaches his weapons. He quickly picks up the trolley, lifting it upside down and tipping all the weapons out and onto the floor. He looks at them with glee, as he decides upon another steel chair. He slides back into the ring, as he begins to gain intensity, while Matthews incoherantly makes it to his feet and stumbles back down to his knee's. Wheeler lets out a primal shout, as he slams the chair onto the mat, pleading for Matthews to turn around. Matthews pulls himself up with the ropes, then turns to his left, as JD runs at full speed and clocks Matthews in the gut, Adam leans forwards, while JD pulls back and lashes Matthews in the forehead with the face of the chair. The crowd both cheer and cringe with the viciousness of the shot from Wheeler. Matthews emerges from a slight unconcious spell, as he turns over to reveal a lengthy cut all the way across his forehead, with blood gashing out onto the mat. Wheeler checks the chair, slides his hand up the chairs face and wipes the blood on his chest, signalling to both Matthews and the crowd that there is more to come yet.
Matthews: Has JD Wheeler lost his mind?
Malenko: Adam Matthews is bathing in a pool of his own blood, and all you can think about is the mental health of JD Wheeler?
JD jumps through the middle ropes and to the outside, taking a few moments to decide which toy to play with next. He decides upon a a bag of some sort. He picks it up, careful not to spill the contents, as the crowd know what is inside. He enters the ring, and to most of the crowds dismay and glee, tiny little thumbtacks drop from the bag in their thousands. JD smiles at Matthews as he walks over with an idea in mind. He picks up Matthews by the head, as he surveys the cut on his opponents head, knowing it isn't big enough or painful enough. He turns around, eyeing the tacks, turns back around and props Matthews head up again, but recieves a low blow from a desperate Adam Matthews. The crowd boo as Wheeler topples forwards onto his stomach. Matthews quickly stands up, trying to ignore the blood washing out of his cut, and grabs hold of Wheeler, before throwing him over the top rope and to the outside, as JD's back hits the barricades from the force. Matthews rushes over to Wheeler, as he props JD up, and hits a straight right hand on Wheeler, knocking JD back. He then hits another, then another, then another, getting faster and more vicous with every shot. Once Matthews is done, and breathing very heavily from the work, Wheeler is lying on the ground, looking outworldly. Matthews then picks up Wheeler and whips him into the steel steps, as JD crumbles forwards face first onto the padding on the floor.
Matthews: Now it looks as though Adam Matthews has the upper hand in this wrestling contest!
Malenko: What are talking about Josh?, this is a straight up bar fight, nevermind a wrestling match!
Matthews picks up JD, throws him into the ring below the ropes, as he quickly follows. He makes a move for a pinfall.

JD kicks out with considerable authority. The crowd cheers a little, as Matthews wipes some more blood off of his forehead and stands up. He then sidesteps Wheeler, who is still lying on his back, as he heads for the nearest turnbuckle. The crowd start to boo loudly as they see Adam Matthews attempting to remove the cushion from the top turnbuckle. It takes a few seconds, but Matthews finally swipes the cushion off of the corner, as he shines the exposed metal up with his fist, and eyes Wheeler.
Matthews: This looks a little ominous.
Malenko: Looks like we're about to see the red of JD Wheelers blood, Josh.
Matthews turns around to see JD struggling to pull himself up on the ropes. He reaches Wheeler, but recieves a stiff shot to the face. Matthews returns with his own right hand, as he grabs hold of JD's hand and whips him into the ropes and tries a clothesline, but JD ducks it, Matthews quickly turns around on the spot to attack Wheeler in the reverse, but Wheeler is already sprinting to the back of Matthews, now holding onto the shoulders of Matthews, JD somehow manages to force Adam backwards and into the Reality Check!, Matthews backlashes up and over as he lands on his front, eyes closed. The crowd plead for JD to make the cover, but the move seems to have taken a lot out of him, as both competitors lie on their backs in the middle of the ring. The referee starts to count on them.

Both Wheeler and Matthews make it to a vertical base around the same time, as Wheeler hits a right hand on Matthews. Matthews teeters as Wheeler hits another. Adam backs onto the ropes as Wheeler explodes with rights and lefts. Matthews covers up quickly, attempting to weather the storm. Wheeler eventually runs out of steam, as Matthews pokes a punch through the attack and hits Wheeler on the nose. Wheeler this time staggers backwards, while Matthews catches his breath, before running at JD and taking him out with a clothesline. The crowd boo as Matthews raises his blood drenched head and smiles, eyeing the thousands of thumb tacks still on the mat to the side of him. He picks Wheeler up, kicks him in the gut leaving Wheeler leaning forwards. Matthews then quickly bounces off the opposite ropes, before grabbing onto JD's head and bulldogging him forwards straight onto the unforgiving pile of thumbtacks! Wheeler screams in pain as tacks break his skin all over his body, as he instinctivly rolls off of them as quick as he hit them. The crowd all look worried as JD turns over to reveal a bloody and broken face, with multiple cuts, but however seems to have been lucky with only a couple of tacks still inbeded in his forehead.
Malenko: Holy crap!
Matthews meanwhile is catching his breath in the corner. He immediately see's Wheeler attempting to stand up, as he drives his knee into JD's temple. JD hits canvas, as Matthews picks him up. Matthews smiles at Wheeler, before hitting him with a right hand that drops JD to his knee's. He then picks Wheeler back up cockily, as he pokes him in the eye. Matthews taunts the crowd a little, before running against the ropes at full speed looking for the Charisma Kick, but is somehow caguth off guard as the boot of JD Wheeler connects with the forehead of Adam Matthews, as Wheeler falls backwards with no energy left after his own superkick.
Matthews: Comon JD!
Malenko: No, not like this, Matthews!
Wheeler somehow summons his strength to stand up, and wipes the excess blood off of his forehead. He immediately eyes the chair still stained with Matthews blood lying in the corner. He picks it up, as he goes back over to Adam, who is lying on the mat, dazed. JD suddenly gets a sick gleam in his eye, as he picks up Matthews and places the chair at Adam's neck. He holds it in place, as the crowd cringe and a few shouts of 'NO!' are heard. JD doesn't listen, as he leaves Matthews propped up on the chair by his neck. JD then sticks two middle fingers up at Matthews, before kicking him in the stomach and hitting a stone cold stunner, as the chair richochets off the mat and recoils back into Matthews neck, crushing it against the steel. The crowd are sickened by the sight, as Matthews whiplashes backwards onto the mat, as he tries to shout in pain, but no voice can be heard. He then fiercely grips at his neck and spinal area, as his body convulses on the mat. The crowd chant 'HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT!' as JD falls backwards into the turnbuckle losing balance due to the amount of blood he has lost. The referee can barely look as Matthews continues to writhe in pain and shake involuntarily. The EMT's rush down to the ring immediately as Wheeler looks at his handywork and realises he may have broken his opponents neck. He rolls underneath the bottom ropes and to the outside as he climbs the barricades and heads out of the arena.
Buffer: Adam Matthews is unable to continue, therefore the match is called as a draw!
The crowd are still in shock, as Matthews is stretchered out of the arena, with no sign of Wheeler.
