How do you up the quality of the videos you burn? I think it has to do with making the burning process a bit slower, but I'm not sure how to do that.
HELP.

You can't change the quality of a file you have downloaded off the net.
If your talking about uploading a video of your own and putting it into dvd then you can improve the quality but you need a piece of equipment. I have this thing called 'Dazzle' that connects between your comp and your vcr. It takes your bad quality video and cleans it up etc until it's perfect, then you can upload it onto your computer.
Hope that helps, anymore questions just ask.

I know you can change the quality, but am sure you can't UP the quality. And even if you did, it wouldn't make sense. Think of a bitmap image with 24 bits. This means that there's 24 colours per pixel (I think, but the analagy works anyway). Now, if you tried to save the image in 48 bit colour, it would try to have 48 colours per pixel. But seeing as the original image has 24 bits, the conversion won't work, as the true bitrate of the picture is 24 bits, and you can't convert upwards. The same, I'm sure works for video...
I know I lost track of my point toward the end, but I hope I made just a teeny weeny bit of sense from that. Doubtful, but I'm hopeful.

Thank you both. I guess I'll have to burn less matches per disc, as well, seeing as the more matches put on a single disc the shittier the quality.

Download a piece of software called 'dvd shrink'.
This allows you put a collection of stuff that may be too long through it which then shrinks it somehow and allows it to fit on the dvd.
You can get upto 5 hours on a disc if my memory serves me correctly. I have it, except I stopped burning dvds because they always went out of synq when I converted them to dvd specific files.
Thats why its fucking great when someone uploads a torrent in dvd file format!
