This has been mentioned before, but I think the time has come for a reminder.
I know some people enjoy trolling and, in many cases, these irritating motherfuckers happen to be regular posters who create secondary accounts, probably because they have small dicks and don’t get laid.
Whatever the reasons, if you happen to be thinking about doing this, there are certain things you should know:
When I ban a poster, I ban and block their e-mail address, username AND IP address. The first two mean very little and it’s easy enough to create a new email address and username in seconds.
The third, however, is something entirely different. An IP address is a computer identifier and, if blocked, it means you will no longer be able to access this site under ANY ID that shares the same IP address to the account that was banned and blocked.
If you are under the illusion that you can change your IP Address, think again. You can only change your local address, which isn’t the address that the administrators on this site can see. We see your external address or, in simpler terms, the address that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has you down as.
So if you are a regular, well-respected AWT poster who decides to create another AWT account on the same computer, specifically to troll, you will automatically lose BOTH accounts, and any further access to this site, when I ban and block the troll account…
It’s well worth thinking about and anybody having a bit of fun is advised to inform Boricua, Carl V4, JimmyJackJericho and myself about it, before we are forced to own you.
