Fedor Emelianenko.
Nothing against Chuck Liddell, who is one of the very best fighters in the world today, its just that Fedor happens to be the very best.
Fedor would defeat Chuck in the same way he defeated Mirko Filipovic, Gary Goodridge, Semmy Schilt and Mark Hunt, four strikers of the highest possible calibre, who owned K1, but were taken apart without much posing much difficulty.
Liddell could win, but it would be the result of a lucky punch or a mistake by Fedor. Filipovic, arguably the best striker in the world today, landed some of the most devastating strikes I have ever seen, and Fedor simply ignored them, before battering Cro-Cop with his own combinations. Liddell has an awesome take-down defence, but so did Filipovic, who was soundly taken down.
Furthermore, I think Fedor would’ve decimated Bruce Lee and Muhammad Ali in the prime of their careers, not to mention Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, Mike Tyson and all the other so-called toughest people ever to live.
He is a machine, able to beat the best ground-fighters on the ground, the best strikers with strikes and submit submission experts. There is nothing he can’t do.

I wouldn't say it was interesting at all. Very one sided, in fact.
Liddell would be out of his weight division and class. He'd be dominated standing up and broken on the ground. Even with a few weapons, I'd bet on Fedor.
