I'd like Raynor cause he's seen as the most powerful although it would likely be Jordan because he's the most famous.

LaBeouf leading The Transformers? Posted by Clint Morris on March 29, 2006 If we learnt anything from “Project Greenlight” – besides that in order to make a movie, you have to sell your soul – it’s that young Shia LaBeouf is one in-demand actor. You’ll recall that LaBeouf was the likeable young chap that fronted the winning film of the second season, “The Battle of Shaker Heights”.
Well, seems he’s graduated from a small fries – thanks to some high-profile roles in films like “Constantine” and “I, Robot”- to a large serving of potato-ey goodness, with word that he’s in talks to star in the forthcoming live-action “Transformers” movie.
According to IGN FilmForce, the 19-year-old actor is up for the role of the film’s human protagonist "Sam" in the big-screen version of the 80’s toon fave. No doubt director Michael Bay will test a few other actors for the role, but from the sounds of it, LaBeouf might just have it in the bag.
“Transformers”, which will be executive produced by Steven Spielberg, and again follow the battles of robots that can turn conveniently into Taxi’s or Assault Vehicles at the click of a finger.

Sweet. it's clearly fake as the venom suit isn't a two piece set(I.E. no head top) it is just on big cover that goes over Peter. so therefore if he wants to show his face, the whole suit has to come off.

I'd love for it to be a Green Lantern Corps, with Jordan and Stewart as the main focus. I realize it will never happen but it doesn't stop me from dreaming. Otherwise definitely Jordan as the Lantern.

A movie including the Green Lantern Corps would kick so much ass, if done properly. But here's another question, if they made a GL movie focusing on Jordan, who would play him? And also, who would play Sinestro, because I'm sure he'd be the villian of choice.

I've been thinking about that one for a while, and who would play Gambit in X-Men and I could never decide. I guess if I could get a time machine Harrison Ford for Jordan and Tim Curry for Sinestro. I'd actually be pretty happy with unknowns filling out the cast. I realize it wouldn't draw as many non-comic fans, but it'd probably be for the best.

My thoughts
Hal Jordan-Cole Hauser
Sinestro-Christian Slater
Gambit-Rory Cochrane(could play Sinestro, but I was thinking of someone a bit older to play him)

"It's a bird! It's a plane! It's... Comin' right at us!!! Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with some interesting news for you fans of the big blue boyscout. Looks like it's been confirmed that SUPERMAN RETURNS will not only open up in Imax, but when it does it'll be Imax 3-D. It won't be 100% in 3-D, but it'll have around half an hour of 3-D it seems. They wouldn't specify any scenes when asked for comment, but they did say it's not going to focus on only computer effects shots, but live action and a combination of both. Even though our Imax here in Austin hardly ever shows movie movies (although they did show POLAR EXPRESS in 3-D, which was cool) I'm still really psyched for this news. I'm curious as to how this kind of release for event pictures will progress. Will we see Imax 3-D become the norm for these huge flicks? What do you think?"

Steve I don't think that is fake I think it's legit. Also remember the Venom can piece off and and suck into itself.

I will go to see any film helmed by Zak Snyder, but then again, I went BONKERS for the Dawn remake. I was just expecting to go into the theater and heckle a fucking cashgrab remake with my best friend, and we were both in shock at how awesome IMO, it was.
Personally, the only comic book adaptation persay I really care to follow would be that of my favourite comic book character, The Punisher 2, as the sequel I hear will be a much better effort than the original which for the most part, I thought was utter trash. Tom Jane is a perfect look for it, they just need a better helmer who can craft a more thoughtful story.

I agree with the Tom Jane comment. I became a major fan of his after that movie(I even bought the game GUN in which he is the star of it). I personally cannot wait for the punisher 2 because I heard in an early version of the script, he and jigsaw have a fight in Wal-mart. Anytime there is a fight in a wal-mat in a movie, I"M THERE!

Hated the Punisher
Did anyone hear about the rumor that John Travolta might play Thor. Fuck no

Probably just a joke, no way old Johnny is in that shape now. Maybe Thor's great-uncle or something!

If they're doing a Thor movie, I think HHH would be the perfect choice for the starring role. Aside from age, I just don't see Travolta as Thor, it doesn't fit at all.
But I too am also looking forward to Punisher 2. I loved the first movie, but I'm a huge Punisher fan, so my opinion could be a bit biased.

See i think Ghostrider(my favourite Marvel charecter) will suck. Not becasuse of Nicholas Cage(i'm a fan of his), but since it was pushed a couple months back from release. Now maybe the studio was impressed and gave more money for some additional scenes of awesomeness(that'd be great). Now the director also did Daredevil(which i really liked, expecialy the directors cut), so it's not cause of him(even though most of these studio directors are inerchangable). now it's writen by David S. Goyer, ok the script will be good no matter what, just because of him. Sure he did a Crow sequel(the first one is a classic), & craptastic Demonic Toys(you'd just have to see them to believe how bad they are), and the David Hasselhoff Nick Fury, shame to the great comic hero. But the dude did the Blade films(plus directed the third, and i'm a fan of all of them), and Batman Begins. So it's not him either. I think it's just a feeling about it.
Goyer is also wrting the Flash and the Blade t.v. series(spike tv) & the Captain America film, so the dude has a future.
The film i am not looking forward to is Luke Cage(another on of my favourites). John Singleton will direct, eh, come on he'll change it like he did Shaft, you need some one who enjoys the blaxplotation genre and the comic, like mself, my uncle(his dream film), or even QT. Can any of you see Tyreese Gibson as Luke? I hope not.

I personally think Ghost Rider will suck for the simple fact Nic Cage is it.

Punisher wasn't that bad, it wasn't the best but it was still enjoyable. I have a lot of faith in the sequel being better. Ghost Rider I'm definitely looking forward to. I've become partial to Nic Cage after seeing The Weather Man. Even if it's somewhat disappointing I'm sure it'll still be better than a lot of stuff that's been coming out recently. Captain America is pretty boring as it is, I wouldn't bother seeing the movie. If they're doing a Thor movie, I think HHH would be the perfect choice for the starring role. Agreed, he'd fit fantastically in the role.
