It did make you want to join them, Lord of the Rings could have really used an ending like that.

Another geek out moment for me is the basketball scene in Escape From LA. That was actually Kurt Russell making all those shots.

There are dozens and dozens of such moments, but here's just a few:
-Chow-Yun Fat sliding down a guard rail while still firing his twin pistols in Hard Boiled (See avatar) -Chow Yun Fat tying his neck tie round his arm as a tournequet without breaking stride in The Killer -Tony Jaa leaping vertically from a rooftop to kick a bad guy out of a hovering helicopter in Warrior King -The conclusion to the opening scene in Once Upon a Time in the West -The Dude tries to barricade his door in The Big Lebowski -The blood testing scene in The Thing -Aragorn screaming at Legolas to kill the ork with the torch at Helms Deep in The Two Towers -Russian Roulette showdown in Intacto -DiCaprio talking himself up ahead of his duel with his father, Gene Hackman, in The Quick and the Dead -Tony Leung putting a gun to Andy Lau's head in Infernal Affairs -Harrison Ford shrugging and casually shooting the ninja swordsman in Raiders of the Lost Ark -The ending to Casablanca -An increasingly deranged Jeff Goldblum discussing insect politics in The Fly -"Your powers are weak old man" -Star Wars

Mine is from the movie "The Protector": Tony Jaa PWNS four musclebound fucktards (including Nathan Jones), and reduces them to mere piles of jelly after slicing through their various veins with elephant tusks. In a word; AWESOME!

After Maximus (Russell Crowe, "Gladiator") pwns the shit out of 5 other gladiators and asks: "Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?" And then the crowd begins to chant: SPAINIARD~! SPAINIARD~! SPAINIARD~! SPAINIARD~! SPAINIARD~! SPAINIARD~! I mark like a bitch everytime.

Joker what is this Revenge of the Sith you speak of? Some kind of Star Wars video game? Come on Hardcore, as much as the Star Wars prequels are generally a blight upon the true trilogy, Joker's choice moment where Obi-Wan beats down Anakin, rants at him, then leaves him to burn to death is absolutely brilliant and deserves acknowledging.

1) Kill Bill Vol. 1 - The Bride v. The Crazy 88s 2) Kevin Spacey saying "The greatest trick The Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." in The Usual Suspects and the ending. 3) The "I just shot Marvin in the face!" scene in Pulp Fiction. ...More to come...

3) The "I just shot Marvin in the face!" scene in Pulp Fiction. HOW did I forget that one?!? That is, without question, my all-time favorite scene in any movie. So hilarious . . . ;D
