ECW Mass Transit incident - whos fault was it?

This incident has shocked + intrigued me ever since I heard about it. And after d/loading it off the net shocked me even more. But I was just thinking about it now and was just wondering whos fault you thought it was for happening:

Paul E - Being head of ECW, should he have let him still wrestle after being sucked in to believe the things this kid and his dad told him? Should he have asked for Mass to blade?

New Jack - Should it have been mustafa or even Eric who should have done the blade job?

Eric Kulas - C'mon. This kid was going into ECW - what did he expect would happen?!?

Erics dad - the supplier of the fake ID, also located at ringside - should have jumped in there to save his {underage} son?

D'von Dudley - Mass Transits' tag partner. Should he have stepped in and said "hey man, this isnt right?" His comments can be found on Rise and Fall of ECW dvd.

Either way this changed ECW forever - whether it be good or bad, controversy is always good for any wrestling company as we have learnt in the past.

So im just wondering if I could get some views/thoughts/impressions etc. on this event from you smart AWT posters seeing as I dont think it has been talked about before.

I’ve never given it much thought, but one has to wonder what the fuck was going on inside the head of Stephen Kulas that made him think it was wise to put his son in such a position, even going as far as to provide him with fake ID.

Also, Paul Heyman should’ve done a bit more research. I would consider it of the utmost importance to obtain a medical certificate for everybody on my roster, not just one form of ID. Had Heyman done this, he would’ve found out the truth.

The Kulas klan are idiots for both lying to ECW, and asking a madman to cut his son open.

New Jack is a madman for his comments afterwards.

Heyman really should have done both background checks on all men involved, and gotten more than one form of ID from Kulas.

D-Von really didn't do anything wrong, at least, nothing that was in his control.

Eh, the fault has to lie with Mass Transit. He made this decsion to step into the ring with a man who's been know to hurt people and he paid for it.
