According to a source at the situation, after watching an episode of iMPACT! on Spike TV, Vince Russo was overheard saying something along the lines of that he "couldn't tell you one thing he just saw" after viewing the episode.
This comment was made by Russo within the company of management and staff members of TNA, including the president of the company Dixie Carter, Jeff Jarrett as well as Spike TV network executives. According to reports published by the Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter, Russo is just as frustrated as anyone regarding the number of things he is being told to fit into each episode of iMPACT! each week.
There is a level of pressure on Russo in including all the talent on television every week as many of the wrestlers are on a pay-per-TV appearance contract. A possible solution to the problem could be to make alterations to their pay schedules, however management have decided to require that everyone gets a shot at being on television each week through short segments.
Management within TNA has also urged Vince Russo to relocate to Nashville from his current residence in Atlanta. The Pro Wrestling Torch continues on to report that Russo is a little hesitant in making the move due to him not being guaranteed a definite long-term role within the company, which comes with the role of being a booker in the wrestling business.
Despite TNA not having any plan in ejecting Russo from his role within the company, he does understand that there is no long-term job guarantee as well as the fact that moving to Nashville will be a big change for his family, which he must consider as well.
