Because I was trying to gauge whether or not it was going to keep happening before I decided to say anything. And, sure enough, it just happened less than 10 minutes ago . . . for about the 10th time since I've logged on . . . But, what the fuck? I'm only bitching unnecessarily, according to Bill . . . so, why are you even responding to anything I say? Am I not automatically the scapegoat, for that reason? |

Now, JJJ, I don't hate the new site. I like it, but i just prefer this site. Maybe, like you said, the more I use it, the more I get used to it and I probably will eventually get accustomed to it. If it's easier for you to run the other site, then by all means, go ahead. I am not telling you to leave the other site, I am just saying I prefer this site. But I will probably become accustomed to the new one and prefer it, it does have cool features that AWTv1 doesn't have. Just give me a week, then ask me this question again.

In fact, if it all boils down to it, to keep everyone happy, just keep both sites open and running (with V2 of course being your main concern). But I am starting to fall for the new site. It's basically the same as V1, with some positive differences and some negative differences. But the majority of differences is positive. |

I'm just pointing out how much of a bullshit discussion this is, seeing as no one else is bothering to dispute the posts made by anyone else who wants to stay. I have never ONCE tried to make this solely about myself, and I would appreciate it if you would take notice of that.

To tell you the truth Don, I think anyone who has already formed an opinion on the matter (for or against) in less than a day needs to have their head examined.
The only problem I'm having with you right now is all this "no one listens to me" or "no one cares what I think" attitude you've developed all of a sudden. This isn't like you at all.

This discussion is making me cry, seriously. This is so ridiculous it hurts.
Now, I like the site and all, and I personally think it's better than Proboards, but this has gotten WAY out of hand. Man, when I first saw this I was excited to be at a new forum and I was looking forward to posting there and have a good time, but now it's just mad over there. I can't go over there without seeing an argument. It's just sad. Seriously, I would have never thought this could create an argument. Unbelievable. And because of this, I change my mind, and I say lets stay here.
One reason, is because we shouldn't risk a CCW staff member to leave for good. I never want that to happen, never. Plus, how will CCW work over there? I know most of the posters that participate in CCW won't sign over there, so why the move? I thought this was a good idea at first, now I'm not sure.
I like the site and all, I really do, but I just don't want anything to happen, something that you guys may regret.
Oh, and I'm not jumping on Don's dick or anything, but I'm on his side. This has gotten WAY out of hand, and it would be best if we stay here.
Oh, and I'm not siding with Don because he's my favorite poster. If you guys think that, you can go lick my scrotum.
I'm staying here.

Discussions have been talking about keeping this site just for CCW. But now, the only person who's opposed completely is Don. Maybe some others. And he/them is probably not going to convince a major majority to leave, if they are now accustomed and liking the new site better. I am going to make it work, in a week I should have a very strong opinion on where I stand on this whole matter.
