The soon-to-be-announced "Euan's Favourite Pet Award", edging out Brightside and Pat?

That one is a close call - you've got Brighty (panther), Pat ( unidentified rotund ball of life), Andy (not sure yet) and Rashadz (dark horse-in that I know nothing of his physical appearance).

I like it JJJ, although shouldn't there be a good few more categories? I mean there's a tonne of other possibilities, it could be rather funny come result time if there were more categories.
Euan, I know exactly what you'll vote as funniest thread, because I'll vote the same.

I think I know which one. If "funny" and "retarded" have become interchangeable terms, then I too will be voting the same as you two unsophisticated swines.

Hey, man. Just thought I'd pop my head in, knock some heads together and spread some love as the festive season dawns ever closer. Lets face it, dude, this place without me has seriously plummeted and you lot look like you need me...
...how are things?

Brightside likes to disappear every now and again to try and fool us into thinking he has a life.

Lets face it, dude, this place without me has seriously plummeted and you lot look like you need me... You couldn't be any more correct, my friend. We need you back, ASAP. Things are actually pretty decent, for a change, on my end of the world. I'm going to a party on Friday, so that will undoubtedly be the highlight of my week. But, enough about me. How are things going on planet Brightside?

Brightside likes to disappear every now and again to try and fool us into thinking he has a life. So you know, huh? Cool. 'Tis good to know you're not all doom and gloom, dude. I have a pretty hectic social schedule coming up, as it is, so again, I'm not sure as to how much time I'll actually be able to spend on here. If it's any consolation (and Of, I don't want any smart arse comments you cock-slice), I miss you all dearly. Seriously. Pretty much all work, work ,work, my friend. I have, however, managed to regain a social life and was actually on a date yesterday with a lovely young girl I met on a night out on Saturday. 'Twas OK, but I won;t be rushing to call that one again, particularly as I've fallen pretty hard for a girl I've been on and off with for the past 2-3 months, but am currently at a stand-off with. Fucking women. University and girls aside, life's OK I suppose, but lets face it, generally, there isn't very much to keep one occupied.

If it's any consolation (and Of, I don't want any smart arse comments you cock-slice), I miss you all dearly. Seriously. Your sentiments are shared . . . &, if I may speak for everyone else, we all miss you just as much. I've been going through some of the old threads around here, lately, & they made me realize just how much of a necessity your presence is around here. Please work through the odds, however, & be sure to visit us as often as possible. Fucking women, indeed. Nothin' but hoes, tricks, & gold diggers. At least, that's been my experience over the years. Here's hoping everything works out with your current conquest. Ain't that the truth. I take it you haven't watched much wrestling, then? I mean, there hasn't been too much to get excited about so far . . . but, RAW was actually good last night. One of the best in awhile, to be completely honest. I was honestly surprised. PS: Are you going to be voting, by any chance?

Honestly, mate, I rarely even watch TV these days and, when I do get round to watching the box, wrestling has been one of the furthest things from my mind, if I'm totally honest. I couldn't even tell you who's holding what at the moment and wouldn't have heard of wither MVP and or Cryme Time if it wasn't for the fact that they were recently brought up in a thread I was partaking in over at the IMDb sports board. Added to this is university work is beyond ridiculous at the moment, Athletics engulfs pretty much all of my free time and time not spent on either of those things is spent either suffering at the hands of of my football club and or out socialising and I just have no where in which the WWE and or any other form of wrestling could possibly fit.
The fact that we no longer have access to the channel that transmits the WWE over here anymore is another factor in why it's been pretty easy for me to lose track of all things professional wrestling. I did, however, manage to watch Michaels vs Taker from Ground Zero 1997 earlier today, which brought a smile to my face. LOVE that match, I do.
I suppose I could just sum it up by saying that my wrestling viewership has pretty much mirrored what's happened to my posting on this site. Incredibly frustrating.
EDIT: Of course I'll be voting!

Well . . . as long as it isn't by your own accord, then that's OK. Thank God for that, by the way. Let's just hope that everything clears up for you as the weeks go by, & that you can once again get back into the swing of things. As for Michaels vs. Taker, do you have that match on tape . . . or is it on your computer? I recall having watched it when it 1st happened, but I'd love to take a little nostalgia trip & view it now, what with everything I know now that I didn't back then. Awesome, man . . . truly awesome. I was really hoping so, but didn't think I'd get a chance to ask you before the actual totals had been tallied up. But, in any event Suote . . . have a fan-fucking-tastic Christmas. New Year's, too. Let's just hope that the year 2007 can see the formation of the "Psycho Circus". It's been a treat.

I have it on DVD (the Michaels from the vault one, to be precise), so I could try uploading it from that disk onto my PC, although I'm not the most technologically apt when it comes to these types of things. If I can't manage that, just make a request, I'm pretty sure someone in this place will have it ready for you.
A warning: Michaels bumping is taken to all sorts of ridiculous levels, so don't be expecting anything as intense or as well rounded as HIAC, just admire the way in which Michaels, as an underdog heel, worked his fecking ass off to get the monster face over in the biggest way possible. The perfect precursor to the HIAC match and a personal fave that I believe is often hideously underrated and criminally overlooked.
Wehey! You called me Suote and remembered our stable talk from ages ago! Cool. Just wait till I get my thoughts back together and my passion for wrestling and writing returns, "Psycho circus" will, indeed, br ruling the roost, believe me.
I'll be sure to enjoy my Crimbo and my new year, thank you very much, and you just make sure that you do too, Josh, you deserve it, my friend.

I'm sure someone around here could find it, so I'm not too worried. Shit, I've had plenty of requests that I thought no one would find, but I've been mistaken almost always. Cheers anyway, though. HBK doing it like only he can, of course. Sounds as awesome as all the other matches they had that year . . . specifically HIAC, & their Casket match from the 1998 Royal Rumble. That's one of my favorite matches of all time, right there . . . which is ironic, considering it was where Shawn's back 1st started to mess with him. It's good to see that everything has worked out for him, though . . . I'll be waiting on pins & needles, my friend . . . believe me!
